Sign up for our Annual Service and never think about all the little things that need (and should have been done) doing each season. Ms Fixit will:

Spring

  1. Inspect Kitchen and Bath Caulk and Grout
    We will inspect each bathroom to Make sure Caulk and Grout are in proper condition. We will re-caulk and repair as necessary
    Grout and Caulk to be provided by HO.
    Up to 3 bathrooms, $90 per extra bathroom.
  2. Inspect Dishwasher and Sinks of leaks
    We will inspect the Dishwasher and sinks for leaks.
    We will repair if possible and report to HO.
  3. Inspect Shower Heads for Flow
  4. Test GFI for Proper Operation
  5. Replace AC Filters
    Filters need to be provided by HO as Equipment has different requirements for filters.
  6. Dust and Check Smoke and CO2 Detectors
    Batteries provided by owner.
  7. Replace Light Bulbs
    Light Bulbs to be provided by HO.
  8. Inspect Weather Strip on Exterior Doors
    We will report and issues.
  9. Inspect and Repair Loose Door Hardware
    Door hardware will be tightened.
    We will report and Hardware that may need replacing.
  10. Open Exterior Hose Bibs
    We will turn on water.
  11. Clean and Lubricate Sliding Glass Door Track
    Tacks will be inspected, cleaned, and lubricated.
  12. Inspect Caulking on Exterior Windows and Doors
    Re-caulk as needed.
    Caulk to be provided by HO.
  13. Inspect Weather Stripping on Garage Door
    Clean and Lubricate Door and Track as needed.

Summer

    Report any issues.
  13. Power Wash Exterior Decks
    Up to 400SF. $2 per square foot extra.

Fall

    Tacks will be inspected, cleaned, and lubricated.
  12. Check Fences for Loose Boards or Damage
    Report Issues
  13. Remind Home Owner to get Fireplace Inspected

Winter
