Are you referring us to outside contractors?

No, all our techs are full time employees.

Is there a subscription?

No, you are only charged for services provided and billed at the time of service.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes.

Do you expect us to tip your employee?

Tipping is not allowed as they are employees.

How can I be sure my technician is safe?

We do thorough background checks and extensive training with our employees. In addition, we will send you a photo of who is coming ahead of time.

Why is your company better than others out there?

We are completely in-house which means we control what happens. We schedule appointments, follow up, and make sure you are satisfied. Bottom line…the buck stops here.
